I am a Yoga Wellness Instructor certified by QCI, Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, and certification in association with World Yoga Alliance USA. Practicing Yoga for more than a year completely change my experiences with positive changes in mental and physical aspects (like fitness, stamina, feelings, and emotions). This experience has inspired me to study the Mind-Body Instrument and share my experience.
